Toyota Customer Loyalty Program - Complimentary Toyota Auto Care Premium Plan

Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) and Toyota Financial Services (TFS) are pleased to announce a special program for our loyal Toyota customers.

Effective March 2, 2010 through April 5, 2010, any qualified current Toyota, Scion, or Lexus owner or lessee that purchases a New Toyota vehicle through a participating Toyota dealership will receive:

A complimentary 2year/25k mile Premium Toyota Auto Care coverage plan

There are two types of plans available:

Vehicles that require synthetic oil where a total of 5 services - performaed at every 5,000 mile interval (with oil changes for synthetic oil vehicles occuring at every 10,000 mile interval).
Vehicles that require regular/conventional oil, where a total of 5 services - performed at every 5,000 mile interval with oil changes at each service interval

This is Toyota's way of saying 'thank you' for being a loyal Toyota customer -- now and for the many years ahead.

To qualify for these special benefits, customers must:

Show proof of current Toyota, Scion or Lexus vehicle ownership/lessee via a valid vehicle registration
The address on the registration must match the address listed on the TAC application
Toyota, Scion or Lexus ownership must be within the same household
Do not need to be trading-in the currently owned/leased Toyota to be eligible for the complimentary TAC

There are no model year or mileage restricions on the currently owned Toyota, Scion or LExus vehicle.

Toyota Auto Care Premium Benefits Include:

At each interval:
- Engine Oil* and Filter Change
- Tire Rotation
- 19 Point Inspection
- Lubrication of Key Chassis
Toyota's recommended maintenance log services referenced in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide; however, those items listed under "Special Operating Conditions" are not covered.
Full term, 24-hour Roadside Assistance:
- Toyota for Mechanical Breakdown and Collision Recovery
- Lockout
- Fluid Delivery
- Jumpstarts
- Flat Tire Changes
Service reminder letters
Complete computerized printout of all factory recommended services performed, is provided at end of term
