There is a difference between an SUV and a vehicle built for adventure, and Toyota identified that difference when it unveiled three new models at the Chicago Auto Show: The 2018 Tundra TRD Sport, the 2018 Sequoia TRD Sport, and the 2018 RAV4 Adventure. According to toyotanews.pressroom.toyota.com, Toyota’s two pickup trucks are given an even higher level of strength and ruggedness. Both will be powered by a 5.7-liter i-Force V8 engine with buyer’s choice of either 4x4 or 4x2 drive systems. Both trucks will also have increased handling features, like TRD Sport Tuned Bilstein Shocks and rear anti-sway bar. The RAV4 Adventure will be available with features such as a Dynamic Torque Control all-wheel-drive system, and Hill-Start Assist control. All three will also come in rugged adventurous styles in a variety of colors.
